The physio

Scientific rigour, human attention.

I’m a physiotherapist, trained in Belgium, with a passion for movement, health and performance. My path has taken me through varied settings: from professional sport to general private practice, and specialised fields such as senology and geriatrics.

Background

Listen, understand, adapt.

These experiences let me discover different approaches to physiotherapy and develop a rich, nuanced view of care. I learned there is no single way to treat - but a multitude of paths, to adapt to each patient.

My practice draws on scientifically validated techniques while giving listening an essential place. Every person is unique, with their own story, goals and needs. My role is to understand that uniqueness and offer tailored support.

Driven by a sincere desire to help, I commit to guiding my patients towards their best version - in recovery, prevention or performance.

My values

A high-level trail athlete.

Practising trail running at a high level reinforces the values that guide my practice every day: listening, rigour, perseverance and care centred on each patient. My goal is to guide everyone, athlete or not, towards lasting recovery - regaining confidence in their body, returning to their activities in the best conditions and reaching their goals safely.
