Physiotherapy & Sport.

Every athlete is unique and deserves tailored attention, adapted to their level. From amateur athletes to elite competitors: assessment, planning, coaching, recovery and treatment of sport-related pain, by a qualified sports physiotherapist who is himself a high-level trail runner.

I support athletes of all levels, from recreational practitioners to elite competitors, in prevention, injury treatment and performance optimisation. Whether your goal is to return to physical activity, prepare for a race, reach a personal goal or perform in competition, every treatment plan is individualised according to your discipline, your level and your constraints.

I regularly work with runners, trail runners, cyclists, skiers and footballers. Beyond treating pain, my approach aims to identify the factors behind the injury, optimise training-load management and help you return to your best level of practice in lasting conditions.

International experience

At the highest level of international sport.

My work also takes me to the highest level of international sport. I served as a physiotherapist for a Belgian First Division football club, where I gained solid experience in the day-to-day care of professional athletes.

In skiing, I work at the Xtreme de Verbier final, the iconic stage of the Freeride World Tour, where I look after the athletes throughout this major event.

In trail running, I join the Scott Running International medical staff at leading competitions such as UTMB®, following athletes before and after their races. I also support professional cyclists in managing pain linked to heavy training loads and the demands of their discipline.

Elite level

Alongside Maximilien Drion.

I also support Maximilien Drion, an international ski-mountaineering athlete and winner of several World Cup races.

Every winter I follow him on part of the international circuit, travelling with him to various World Cup stages to ensure his follow-up, his recovery and the management of performance-related demands.

The athlete

Trail running, lived from the inside.

Alongside my work as a physiotherapist, I am myself a high-level trail runner. This dual experience gives me a precise understanding of the demands of performance sport: training load, preparation periods, the constraints of the competition calendar, recovery and athletes’ expectations.

Elite sport is an integral part of my daily life and feeds my clinical practice. This immersion helps me understand the needs of every athlete - and those of amateur athletes too. Because I know the realities of the field, I can offer pragmatic care, grounded in current scientific evidence and tailored to each person’s goals. My ambition is to help you practise your sport sustainably, with confidence, and regain the best level of performance you are capable of.
