Alongside my work as a physiotherapist, I practise trail running at a high level. This experience lets me understand from the inside the physical, technical and mental demands athletes face - as well as the importance of proper recovery, injury prevention and individualised support.

I support Maximilien Drion, a ski-mountaineering athlete, as a physiotherapist and osteopath in his preparation for international and Olympic competitions.
