The approach

A global approach to movement, health and function.

Three specialities, one philosophy: individualised care, based on a global understanding of the body, to restore and preserve your functional capacity, your health and your quality of life. My approach rests on a single principle: understanding how the body works in order to offer personalised care, grounded in current scientific evidence and tailored to each patient’s goals.

I
General physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal disorders, traumatology, rheumatology and chronic pain: restoring function, reducing pain and enabling a lasting return to everyday activities.
II
Sports physiotherapy
From amateur athletes to elite competitors: injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance optimisation and recovery, for an effective and safe return to sport.
III
Dermato-functional physiotherapy
Scars, fibrosis, lymphoedema: manual lymphatic drainage, endermologie and specific techniques to improve tissue mobility, circulation and well-being.

« The body adapts to what you ask of it. »
