Do I need a prescription?+
No. Thomas sees patients with or without a prescription. With a prescription, physiotherapy is recognised by Swiss basic insurance; without one, sessions last 30 or 60 minutes.
Are sessions recognised by insurance?+
Yes - medical physiotherapy on prescription is recognised by Swiss basic insurance (LAMal).
